Put up jaw-dropping numbers on her way to MVP honors at the Surf & Slam San Diego Hoops Classic. In the Surf Division championship game, Jones nearly had an extremely rare quintuple-double with 28 points, 12 rebounds, nine assists, eight steals and eight blocks in a 90-48 win over Woodinville-Wa. The No. 1 recruit in the country who signed with Stanford, Jones scored at least 28 points in every tournament game, including 30 in a 67-51 win over Prarie-Vancouver, Wa. Jones also had at least 12 rebounds in every game, including 15 in a 76-35 first-round victory over Villa Maria Academy-Erie, Pa.
